Day 5- Today!
The Intern by Sara Shepard

Simply a cute story. Mildly a little jumpy but could be due to it being a short story.
Started out the FMC works for her father’s record label and one of their artists wanted to go see a psychic so she takes him. After leaving, they walk around Central Park and he sings a song her deceased mother loved which made her run away. He comforted her etc.

Another really cute read! Very romantic and endearing. I love the minor plot twist at the end involving the MMC. It felt like a movie scene was playing in front of me.

Day 3- Hourglass by Ibi Zoboi
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another just really cute read! This one felt like a real meet cute like the opening of a love story. It ends at the right point to where you want a story actually seeing the characters interact more. Not to mention there is a lot of character building in the story and conflict that really makes you want this to be a full length story or maybe just a bit longer.

Day 2- Print Shop by Nina LaCour

This one redeemed the book!
It was super cute, super simple. While it was a short story, you could feel like you were apart of the small vintage print shop. It felt like somebody was reminiscing of a time and was telling you all about it

Day 1: Siege Etiquette by Katie Cotugno ⭐️
I was going to give it 2 but it wasn’t good. I hope the others aren’t this bad. A. It’s in 2nd person POV which inherently isn’t bad but it just did not help the book. B. The story was okay at first and then it just got confusing by the end. Felt like it was rushed.
