Listening in protest. 4 minutes into the audiobook, and the MMC, who has lived in rural Louisiana his whole life, refers to the county hospital. the county where he lives. In Louisiana. If you can't see why that annoys me, then go sit by the author and editor. We have parishes in Louisiana. The fact is not a big secret, either. So it immediately pinged my "they're not from here" radar. What other details are wrong?
