Okay. So I’ve only read the introduction and WOW this man is an artist as well as a scholar. He is SO painfully aware of how stiff and factual books like this can be, and at first, I misjudged him for being just that and bemoaning that he wasn’t enchanting me. But man. Two pages in an he’s slinging a Michael Angelo style brush in this book. I have to put the line that made me slam the book close and—

SilverStar becoming stupidly GIDDY with how beautiful it was and how excited I was to read the book. TEHEEHEHE I just LOVEEE reading and finding excellent, excellent work to devour like a little tub-motivated sea-serpent.

SilverStar BABY LIKE WHAT???!? I’m in awe and it’s giving Peter S. Beagle. Which is perfect because I’m still reading The Last Unicorn so now I have TWO Unicorn books to devour 🤤. Okay I’m being weird. I just love enjoying books. Okay bye.
