Why did this author write this conceited elitist book!? How dare he make fun or mock the poor! Disgusting! May he rot! He better hide himself in his palatial apartment in whichever 'hole' he is in because otherwise I WILL KILL HIM WITH MORE THAN JUST MY WORDS - I have a mosquito electrocution lamp & I am not afraid to use it! (Jim Carrey style!) Brazen fellow! Sickening! Shame! :(

I am not liking this book already & I find it very speculative rather than well researched - more hypothetical than based on factual data & it is making my chronic headache (due to constant wheezing) pound into a blood curdling heavy metal beat in my blocked ears! Deplorable so far both the book & my health! :)
