I’ve loved the Dresden saga for a long time now, but for the love of Thomas and Maggie, Butcher, please stop using “said quietly” so dang much! It’s getting so irritating I’m telling the book out loud to quit it! Half the “I said” tags could be cut too. Artificial inflation of the book’s length, maybe? Please stop. Please.
