About 3/4 through chapter 2. Key takeaway is that the leader is truly and ultimately responsible for everything.

Great book so far. Trying to take the lessons and principles from this and implement into my life as a new soldier. Most important thing is that leadership has to take full responsibility and accountability for their actions. They need to learn from their mistakes so that they could better prepare for the next situation. The ultimate goal is to lead and win.
