i really did not like this fmc
she was pretty fucking useless

one of the worst parts was all the times the mcs fucked underground in the middle of their escape

how nice for them to have plot armor

while all those other vrix died crushed by rocks or torn apart by cannibal vrix

a lot of unnecessary tangents
so repetitive

not a fan of any of the characters
except maybe Cole

poor cole
is he going to fucking die next book or something ???

apparently the next book is lacey and teloks story
as well as the last book

everyone will be paired off except cole????

that’s bullshit

a handful of books on my currently reading list and ig i just randomly had the thought to dive into this book

i think i was saving this reading to wait for the third book to be released

oh well
