This book, so far, is one of those that in the self-help area has all the points to become a classic.
I truly stand that self-help books SHOULD NOT be used as a replacement for therapy, with an actual therapist. Said that, there are out there some "gem-books" that are spectacular tools to use alongside a good spoon of therapy.
This one, so far is great. I heard great things about it and it is filling up those shoes
