Very good book. At the end of the story he wraps up how he got a medal and how they could finally talk about what they did in the Marines.

They kept on invading Islands like Iwo Jima, and Okinawa. American casualties rise. The US uses the new B-29's to bomb big cities. They later drop 2 nuclear bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima, ending the war and forcing the Emperor's surrender.

He shipped out to an Island in the South Pacific, other Navajo Code Talkers are telling him about their earlier missions.
