Wow - I just started reading this book today and I am already halfway through. Usually, when I read a book I get to a maximum of 50-60 pages and tap out, but this book it so well written in a narrative format of highly beneficial information I was sucked in. It is strange how simple these 5 dysfunctions of a team seem on paper, but in reality are vary relevant and impact outcomes so much. I'm excited to read more!
