ok so personally i dont need a foreboding sentence to clover’s fate EVERY section of each chapter!! it’s pretty redundant, BUT i like that we’re getting to know EVERYTHING abt clovers experience at camford, it reminds me alot of the beginning of babel:) except some of the writing feels repetitive unfortch, & mayb because of that, it feels really slow…or maybe im tired because its 1am..who knows.. -clover doesn’t shy away from the obvious class disparities, but allows herself with hope to indulge in feeing INCLUDED with alden, im just sad that theyre KEEPING THIS FROM HERO AND EDDIE!!! of course i dont trust alden that much, even compared to hero and eddie who hold so much class over clover already, alden has purely selfish desires that only someone in his class and race and sex could, at least hero and clover have their sex to bond with, and eddie is sort of just an outcast.. but i love them all for everything..curious about the memoir-writing style that’s obviously not just a First Person perspective for stylization, obviously clover is writing in the future about herself to Someone.. also.. i dont think her family is gonna make it they lowkey might die if matthew didnt already BECAUSE HE DIDNT MAKE IT BACK HOME!! WHAT IF HE DIDNT IN TIME FOR NEW YEARS??
