I think it was Billy’s dad and Billy knows (maybe was a even there when it happened hence the dog screaming might have been Billy) I think when Jet jumped out of the burning building and landed on her back the peice of her skull wedged out and is in an easier place to have the surgery. And then as Holly does best the book will end with a text from Billy or a letter or something asking to talk.

I’m confused as to how this book could have a happy ending if she’s going to die anyway?

maybe Sophia is innocent but Jets brother Luke is forcing her to do it…. and the dog screaming was Sophia. GUYS IM NOT LETTINT THIS ONE GO.
