okay either i'm going crazy, i haven't got to a major plot point, or anne rice didn't write down her own family tree, but there are inconsistencies in the ages/birth years of these characters and it is pissing me off

This book is making me pick up a pen and piece of paper to create a family tree already.

So I totally did not realize this book is over 1000 pages long. I’m only here to be prepared for Merrick/Blackwood Farm/Blood Canticle, but I will try to make the most of it!
