So far this book as yet to give me a nugget of wisdom that’s helpful. I was recommended this book by a friend and I’m hoping that there’s some practical advice somewhere but it’s all very shallow so far.

I like that he lists examples of resources you can use to become whole. Nothing new to consider, but still enjoyed the list.
