This STINKS. Logging now so I don’t forget. The villain just went to a high stakes casino and bet on if it was raining. It wasn’t, so he lost. Went double or nothing, sent his boy outside to stand in the fountain and come back in wet and claim it was raining, and the casino accepted that as proof of rain with 0 verification.
