I can understand why people say they don’t like the book and call it boring. It’s incredibly descriptive and if you aren’t truly interested in all different aspects of the racing industry you’ll definitely find it boring. It’s highly educational and entertaining if you have a passion for the racing industry and want to learn about not only the horse, but also the jockey, trainer, and owner
