Pretty much sucked in right from the get go. Even between the action there’s lots to be grabbing for: How the characters interact with each other, how they ended up in Slough, and where all of this intrigue is leading. Not gonna lie I thought River was a 50 year old man the way he was written, but I love his interactions with Sid so far. Lady Di and Lamb are my other two favorite characters. Can’t wait to finish
