Lots of humor so far. The writer seems like a likeable person and it shows through his characters. ANXIOUS PEOPLE. Hmm. I've been putting this BOTM on hold forever, worried I wouldn't be entertained. Has it's moments. Likeable indeed.

This isn't the book I wanted it to be. Filled with anxieties and arguing. Doesn't offer me much pleasure but I'll keep reading. I hate DNF'ing books that belong to my home library. Still trying to understand how I chose this as a BOTM pick. Perhaps I haven't gotten to the good parts yet. I'm struggling to read this. I keep closing the book to look at my progress. Time's a flying. (Not).
