so this morning i finally got to reading this book
ive said it already i think

it was a dnf

but
at least i read the entire first chapter before declaring it a dnf on hold

i just spent the last half hour
maybe
reading the first chapter of
jfc i already forgot the name

dark
or whatever that demon first book is called by this same author

it was absolute fucking garbage
and again
i only read ch one

DNFing this here 🥱

this book/series has been in my library for nearly a decade(?)
never got around to it even though it was raved about constantly by everyone it seemed

but christ was this a fucking chore to read
AND IT WAS ONLY CHAPTER ONE
🤦🏻‍♀️

i hate this type of writing and constant pov changes out of nowhere

ugh

also the plot is boring af
