I’m still only half way thru but I gotta say, the thing(s) that bother me are how many times it’s mentioned that the main leads are beautiful and strong. Like, bro, I get it they’re gorgeous and badass. You don’t have to remind me every other sentence. Also, everything is happening so quickly. As a slow-burn lover, I’m a bit like GODDAMN. But it’s a standalone and only 300+ pages, so I guess that’s why. I like it tho
