Nothing has happened. Lots of plots introduced and then just dropped. Too many characters. Too much conversation and no progress in plot. Or - is there even a plot? I don't know. I'll likely finish this book but the series is a no for me.

It seems dumb to get this far and quit but I just don't know if I can keep going. What a pointless story this was. And the writing is flat and lacking tension.
