This shit is pissing me off.
1. Our FMC works as an archivist at a library. I’m making the bold assumption she’s got a master’s degree. She’s also dumb AF.
2. She makes the assumption right off the bat that an elderly widower went around murdering children bcus “she can feel it with her feet.” No, that’s not an exaggeration.
3. She gets caught in the equivalent of “man offers child candy” trap.
