Whoa. This is a GOOD BOOK. Using scripture, family system theories, attachment theories, and neuroscience, David Kim is well researched and personal, because he desires these answers for himself too. I especially enjoyed the 4 dysfunctional barriers to belonging (avoidant, anxious, aggressive, and accommodating) continuing research and introspection outside the book.
