The way Spurgeon passionately speaks on baptism reaffirms my theological stance as a southern baptist. :)

Spurgeon desires for the readers of the Bible to draw us to joyful communion with Christ. This combats the sinful attitude that reading the Bible deadens our affections towards Christ.

Spurgeon was fun, tender hearted, passionate and gospel-centered. Want to be that
