I’m really enjoying this book — the writing is a compelling example of existential prose, blending sharp realism with subtle metaphysical elements. I may read his others regardless of how this ends. It’s a dark, fearless examination of the hidden recesses of the ego, especially the narcissistic psyche. I can’t seem to put it down.
