When in doubt don’t hire. Limit growth based on ability to attract right people. When you know you need to make a people change don’t be afraid to move. Change people seats before throwing them off the bus.

Excepting full responsibility. Level 4 leaders commonly do the opposite. Other interesting ideas include personal humility and professional will.
