I don’t know why I decided to torture myself and listen to the audio version of a book I only gave a 2⭐️ rating. I guess I just really WANT to like it and maybe these amazing narrators will change my mind. Or maybe I missed something the first time around. Or something. Maybe.

Damn, with now much I loved the first book, I did not expect to hate this one as much as I did. It was just too much of everything; too much drama, too much trauma, too much betrayal, too much inappropriate sex… I’m not even sure if I want to read the last one, tbh

Such a different vibe compared to the first book; I had no idea Embry was this broken. The scene where they reunited was hard to get through, but I do wonder now how the story will progress and if it'll be as action-packed as the start of this book
