What's this like?

It's interesting ... I put it down for a while because I needed a break (it is a series of lectures). It's one that needs to be read again to recall all the techniques. One I liked in particular was when discussing ideas rather then use 'but' when you have an objection to something, use 'and' (e.g. 'And we will need to think about ...' as this keeps the ideas flowing rather than holting someone's creative process with a rejection :)
