Just finished it now. Admittedly takes a few chapters to get going, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was an interesting magic system that doesn’t overpower the reader like some other books. I have the next one high, high on my next to read list. However I’m moving on to book 2 of the Red Rising series.
