Her representation of having a Mamma&a Mother, two separate people in one body is so relatable. Having incredibly early memories,realizing secrets can keep us safe&essentially being a sort of Eeyore…. Idk if she’s autistic/has adhd or whatever, but her experience feel so similar to mine in that department.

~Bradley thought I was beautiful but he didn’t know me at all.That was probably for the best, because the closer he got to me; the closer he would get to the bad in me. And that would not do. There was no beauty in my badness and there was no hiding my badness to anyone who got too close~

~The fear that bloomed in my center was foreign to me, unlike any I had ever felt before.It was the type of fear that made you cry before anything happened.&I did.I started to cry myself to sleep again.I did not tell my mother,nothing pissed her off more than my tears &I did not see how these would be any different from the ones that happened before~
