Memories are sacred

Themes of summer, the passage of time, growing old, and I think most importantly childhood. Being a child is fun and exciting. Douglas has sympathy for those who are old. According to them old people have always been old people, and that’s an unfortunate thing.

Childhood is precious

Very silly and whimsical. I have to read this for a class. I miss summer and being a kid.
