Learned so much reading this book but was so disappointed to learn Peter Attia had involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. Doesn't change the value of what I learned.

Yes, that part is disappointing. :( It’s hard when respected voices have associations or histories that complicate how we view their work. I still appreciate the science and what I am learning from it.
