Bookishness ’s Reviews > Preppy: The Life & Death of Samuel Clearwater, Part One > Status Update

Oh Samuel, you are upsetting me!!!!

My heart breaks for him..

"I was a good boy!" he cried out. "Bad boys have wrinkled pants. Bad boys wear t-shirts and ripped jeans. I was a good boy. No fucking wrinkles. I was such a good boy!” he yelled as his fist sailed through the wall.

"The voice in my head grew louder. The one that started as a whisper. A suggestion. A voice that told me that they knew what I needed to stop the pain. The one that told me that escape was only a needle away."

OH NO.. please NOOOOOO

“It made sense that his body was built for sin, because the hold Samuel Clearwater had over me was something straight from the depths of hell”.

I never knew true fear until I met pure evil. He wore a smile and a bow tie.

A wicked smile, a bow tie…and a gun.

He’s just as funny in his POV, as he is in King and Bears story.
