Probably a high 3-star book rounded up. It held up to my expectations of giving me a little encouragement in an area I’m trying to grow in, but it could be a little redundant and sometimes a little lofty or out of touch feeling, in my opinion. I think it could have been half as long and it would have been more than sufficient.
