One thing I love about this series is how it lets Batman—in the cowl—speak the way he did in the silver age. He says things like “I’ll be damned if I can’t, too,” “Good lord,” “Don’t look at me, you megalomaniac,” “Knock it off, Clark,” etc instead of the solemn, emotionless dialogue he’s depicted to have in many newer runs. Let his personality shine through when with his best friend!
