I don't read thrillers often, but this series feels more like a contemporary with thriller aspects. The audiobook narration grew on me. I set it to 1.5 speed and it was much better. This series is so addicting though! I don't know how I'm gonna wait four months to get the audiobook on libby. The wait list is too long ahhhh!
