There is hardly any emotional depth to it. No internal conflict.

This book so far is a bit easy for me, lacking in emotional depth. I think the author has brushed over scenes without capturing them fully. Hopefully it improves but some challenging ideas like control are mentioned. So far, not a fan of Lily- seems stuck up. Interesting to see if that changes? Probably 2.5 stars SO FAR
