I jumped into this without looking into it at all and very quickly realized that it was about a high schooler, in high school, doing high school things…and the main character seems to be a mean girl. Siiiigh…

It’s one of my favorites ever! But that could be because I first read it as a teenager and it really spoke to me then, I’m not sure what it would be like to read it for the first time now. Definitely recommend giving it a chance though.
