I asked my oldest daughter (14 years old) if she wanted me to read to her again at night. We stopped doing that a long time ago, so I didn’t think she would want to, plus she’s a teenager, but she said yes, which made me incredibly happy.

I think she appreciates the time together in the evening more than the reading itself, but I’m happy with that :D
