Lexi talks over to Devlin and so they can set some rules on the whole marriage thing. Lexi states that they don't have sex, and then the other rule is that they have an end plan, being that she wants Snowberry and he wants revenge, and prevent the Black Diamond sale from happening, and she plans to get Snowberry. They agree, and he'll make calls, the marriage will only go for at least a year.

Lexi sees Devlin over on the couch, and also him explaining his family business over to her. Devlin also states how he notices things, hence the coffee.

Lexi thinks back to the time that she went skiing with her father, who taught her about doing a double black diamond slope, and while she had done it, she also faceplanted. After that, she wakes up and thinks about how she's going to be married in less than twenty four hours.

Lexi splashes cold water on her face and thinks about the whole marriage idea and how they have to keep things professional, and also him being attractive. And regarding thoughts of sex. Devlin and Lexi discuss the whole marriage idea and Lexi wonders why he thought about it, and Devlin explains to her about how she can't let Snowberry Lodge go, and while Lexi doesn't want to marry to keep it, Devlin explains how they won't stay married long, and that the deed will still happen. Lexi explains now she still needs the money, and Devlin knows people.

Devlin tells Lexi about how there's another way for her inherit Snowberry Lodge, and its by marriage. With Lexi immediately disagreeing on the whole prospect, but Devlin states how it makes sense, but Lexi still doesn't agree.

Lexi is eating her ice cream and watching a show, and wonders who's at the door. She thinks about how she's gotten a bunch of different emails and calls to get a Snowberry buyer, but no luck, since no one wants to restore it. Her Gran gave her a month, and she has two weeks. Lexi goes over to the door and sees that its Devlin, who doesn't want her to sell at Black Diamond and just not sell at all.

Devlin talks over to Harvey about how he stills needs a family member to give more time because they're unsure about selling, and Harvey states for him to send the client stuff over to Bob, and Devlin refuses to do so. After that, he states that he quits. Devlin runs into Bob and hits him in the face. Decline goes on a flight to Michigan with the plan to keep Lexi her home and him to get Bob Oliver, by marrying her.
