Honesty, so far it's been healing me and breaking me. I don't have any issues with my father, or a emotionally toxic or physically abusive relationship. But everything else is cutting like a knife. I picked up this book on Intuition alone, and the intro made me break down in the store. Full crying. I have already read so much of it, and cried for most of it. In the best and worst ways.
