It's not getting any more exciting. If I have to return it to the library unfinished I probably won't feel inspired enough to borrow it again 😂

Picked this up in a library as I work in retail but have zero say in how the business is run and thought I'd see if I agree with the author's analysis of the problems. So far he just seems to be presenting lots of rather tedious referenced data about various commercial failures. Let's see whether it gets more interesting later on...
