The only thing that truly stands out about this book is the setting. I LOVE that it takes place during Covid. I find that super unique.
But everything else plot wise is like your average physiological thriller set up.
- she meets random guy- random guy happens to be a murderer - she doesn’t find out till he starts doing sneaky shit- ect. Ect.

Can he stop with the crying? Like yes you killed someone. Own up to it. And accept the consequences like you have since you committed the crime.
It’s nice to see a man cry for the women he craves. But this is just obsessive and annoying omg

Not gonna lie this was very predictable- the blurb of the book gave to much information and so therefor made the book easy to pick apart.
Finishing the book bc I wanna watch the movie that just came out.
Sadly I think this is gonna be the first psychological thriller that I only give three stars too

My brain still comprehend this book is about Covid 19. Like Covid is the main setting of the story
