I noticed a few teeth references in the book that I found interesting because we knew that the second time Miranda saw Marcus (and finally knew who he was) was when he went to dentist in the school. References for Old Marcus/the laughing man: when he threw his head back laughing and people could see his silver fillings or when he told Miranda that he had bad teeth when she give him her sandwich.
