BOOM! Guessed the suspect. Love that

I am just zooming through this book. I quite like both Eve and Roarke, the futuristic setting is interesting - learning what someone in the lay 90/eary 00’s thought/dreamed the world could look like in the 2050’s is so interesting. And the case itself is neat - I think I have a lock on who the killer is, we’ll see if I’m right

“Indications are we’re having a romance.” Then he laughed, kissed her again, hard and quick. “I believe I could have held a gun to your head and you wouldn’t have looked as terrified. Well, you’ll have several days to think it through, won’t you?”

Mavis is a delight. I love her. And Roarke
