Without a doubt A Monsoon Rising by Thea Guanzon. Wanted to read it sooner but I prefer print, and the edition matching mine of the first book only released last month.

Five Funerals by Jeff Somers! It’s based on Edward Gorey’s Gashlycrumb Tinies, and it was SO good. Nearly every chapter was written from a different characters perspective and they each had a unique voice! It was spooky and funny and a choose your own path style.

Donina wrote: "The lonely hearts club and people we meet on vacation"Nice! Going through a bit of a romance era?
So far, my favorite is Page Powers' The Borrow a Boyfriend Club. It was such a unique story for me and written well. I read it really quickly.

Samantha wrote: "So far, my favorite is Page Powers' The Borrow a Boyfriend Club. It was such a unique story for me and written well. I read it really quickly."I've been reading And They Were Roommates by them and I've been really enjoying it! I definitely want to read more of their books.
The Name of the Wind by Peter Rothfuss, Kingkiller Chronicals, without question. I loved books one and two. I tend to never like novellas, but due to hahaha the unknowing if we will ever have book three I shall read them as well.
Fullmetal Alchemist! I started the series near the end of last year, and as I continue through the volumes, it keeps getting better!
The Unbound by V. E. Schwab! I didn’t love the first book, so it took my forever to get to the second one, but this one was fantastic!!
I’ve actually been enjoying all of my reads so far this year. As of right now, I’m almost done with Salt to the Sea (and loving it!), so that one stands out, and I also recently moved on to book 2 of the Thomas Silkstone series because I enjoyed The Anatomist’s Apprentice quite a bit.
Kill the Beast by Serra Swift! Picked it up after seeing your review of it here and it was a 5 star read for me.
