“I don’t think I do, Sir” said Caspian. “I’m only a kid”
“Good,” said Aslan. “If you had felt yourself sufficient, it would have been a proof that you were not.”

“Oh Aslan! I knew it was true. I’ve been waiting for this all my life. Have you come to take me away?”

“Oh Aslan, I’m so sorry. I’ve been leading them wrong ever since we started and especially yesterday morning.”

“My dear son.” said Aslan.

Then he turned and welcomed Edmund. “Well done,” were his words.

“But she forgot them when she fixed her eyes on Aslan”

“Aslan, you’re bigger.”
“That is because you’re older, little one”
“Not because you are?”
“I am not. But every year you grow, you will find me bigger”

“Lucy woke up with the deepest sleep you can imagine, with the feeling that the voice she liked the best in the world had been calling her name”

“Do you think I don’t know Aslan when I see him?”

“Wouldn’t it be dreadful if some day, in our own world, at home, men started going wild inside, like the animals here, and still looked like men, so that you’d never know which were which?”
