hmm this book is more dense than i remember and the thot plickens steadily. i love the little glimpses at life in the culture that we get plus its history and those very mysterious glimpses of the ineffable that this mysterious excession object gives us! such a masterpiece! wooowwwww! i havent read this book since 2014 and oh my goodness there is so much more to it as a 46 year old vs a 34 year old! its such a shame banks passed on. his worldbuilding and plots were chef's kiss! this book is exactly as i remember!soooooo good!
