How does it read? I'm intrigued, but I'm sure you know the feeling of so many books and so little time.

It's an interesting read, it's fascinating to see how dirty scare politics have been in play for over 65 years. It gets very detailed and a little bogged down with minutiae, so I've started skimming a bit more, but overall is a good read. I started it last summer when we were headed into a similar battle for the 2016 Presidential election, and sure enough this book seems like it could've served as the playbook for the dirty tactics that were used. It's a good 3.5 stars at the moment.
