What is up with Colleen Coble? I have loved her stuff in the past but this series feels like such sub par writing. I listened to the first book and thought maybe it was just the obnoxious southern accents that were irritating but I don't think so. I can't handle the constant jolting from the story line to think mushy thoughts about each other and how amazing they are. Also the rattlesnake drama was unrealistic.
